ITLS Instructor	Sept. 4 10am-5pm Registration Form	Must have current ITLS Provider Card
EMT Refresher	Sept.18-21 10am-7pm Registration Form	Bring copy of EMT card on first day of class. Skills on Sept. 21st
National Registry Review (Paramedic Refresher)	Sept.8-13 10am-7pm Registration Form	Bring copy of Paramedic card on first day of class.
October 2008

Healthcare Provider CPR	October 5 1pm-5pm Registration Form
EMT Basic	October 6-December 14 Sun10am-4 pm Mon/Tues 6pm-10pm Registration Form	Must have current Healthcare Provider CPR Card prior to start of course.
ITLS Recert	October 23 10am-6 pm Registration Form	Must have a copy of your ITLS provider card
January 2009
Course	Dates	Prerequisites
Pre-Paramedic	January 5-8 & January 12-15 12noon-8 pm Registration Form	Must be 21 years old or older, have current EMT-B card and Healthcare Provider CPR.
Paramedic Program	January 26-June 22, 2009 12noon-8pm Mon, Tue, Wed Registration Form	Must have completed our Pre-Paramedic course
